Service Level 1 - Starts at $50 per month - for up to 5 employees
Our Service Level 1 payroll allows you, the client, to take a hands on approach to your business payroll. You will have full access to your payroll account, from setting up and running payroll to paying and filing your company's taxes. All of this is done using an internet based payroll system. This payroll system is always up-to-date, no more downloading rates. You can add a new employee, in just a matter of minutes. All of your tax filings will be prepared within this great, easy to use system. Most forms are filled in for you. You can set different levels of access for your employees who need to help you process payroll, but that you might not want to have access to tax filings, etc. This is a great product that enables businesses to conduct a full service payroll while still having our firm's staff members to answer any payroll questions. As with all of our payroll products - direct deposit, e-filing of tax reports and paystubs that can be emailed directly to your employees is included.

Service Level 2
With our Service Level 2 payroll service you are able to set up your own payroll, add new employees, run payroll, and view reports. You will also receive To Do reminders, by email, to help remind you and/or your staff regarding payroll deadlines. Our office will prepare all payroll tax filings, new employee hiring reports, and set up payroll tax payments through e-pay. This service includes all the features that make this payroll system easy to work with, such as direct deposit of payroll to your employees, access to your payroll from any where that has internet access. The great thing about Service Level 2 is that you will no longer have to figure out and file your payroll tax reports - we take care of that for you. As with all of our payroll services, we are here to offer any assistance and answer any questions you may have about your payroll.

Service Level 3
Our Service Level 3 payroll system is our most popular payroll service. After we have set up your company and added all of your employees' information, you will be able to run payroll and view your company's payroll reports. We can even run your payroll for you, if you prefer. Our staff takes care of adding new employees, filing all payroll tax reports and setting up tax payments. We will also provide you with email reminders and a To Do list to keep you on track. Each pay period, you will log in to your account. Once logged in, you will click on the Pay Day button and a list of your employees will pop-up. All you have to do, is enter the number of hours each employee worked or check mark each salaried employee and approve your paychecks. This is it. Payroll could not be any easier. You can print out your actual payroll checks or payroll stubs to give to each employee or if you chose - the system will email out your employees' paystubs. With direct deposit of your employees' net wages - you can't get any easier than that. If you are going on vacation and do not want to worry with payroll, just have one of your employees call or fax us with the number of hours each employee worked and we can do all the work for you.
